Hominy casserole

Just a cheesy, rich recipe for wholly wholesome hominy ~

Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans yellow hominy, drained
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the cheese.
Pour into 8 or 9" baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.

Grey winter days

I love winter. Cold grey days compel inside activities. Drums, piano, writing and drawing provide creative outlets. Clementines appear like little balls of sunshine. Beans in the crock pot keep me full, healthy and warm. A homebody's delight!
